In the June 2000 issue of Cigar Aficionado, the CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon line became the only fifth non-Cuban cigar brand to receive a rating of '92' or higher in the eight-year history of Cigar Aficionado.  Only the finest grade One Cameroon wrapper is paired with sublime Nicaraguan binder and filler.  The uniqueness of this cigar is the difficult balance it achieves between the sweetness of the Cameroon wrapper and the earthy, richness of the Nicaraguan fillers.  The CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon possesses flavors of sweet spice, coffee, and caramel.
